It is the base offer level within YADD Net Watch. Availing this service package offers unlimited phone support and remote support for a fixed monthly cost.

GOLD LEVEL – SUPPORT/MONITOR/ALERT

It is the mid-level offer within YADD NetWatch – Managed Services integrating 24/7 monitoring with practical issue resolution. This resolution comprises of all services falling under the SILVER level in addition to:

  •          Service desk access with named escalation manager

  •          24x7x365 remote resolution with performance, fault and security alerts

  •          Annual planning session and assessment

  •          Remote monitoring of networks, systems and applications

  •          E-mail reporting for analysis of monthly network health

PLATINUM LEVEL – SUPPORT/MONITOR/ALERT/MANAGEMENT

It is an all-inclusive support level within YADD Net Watch – Managed Services. It offers all of the SILVER and GOLD levels’ services plus:

  •          On-site support

  •          Unlimited user support at Phone & Remote End

  •          Asset tracking

  •          Vulnerability scanning

  •          Patch management

  •          Quarterly planning

  •          SQL and Microsoft© Exchange support

  •          Data migration

  •          Troubleshooting & Repair

  •          Software support

  •          Virus & spyware issues like in case of OS
